We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations, including reception duties and customer service. Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage incoming phone calls in a prompt and professional manner
Handle customer service feedback calls with empathy and patience
Keep office areas clean, organized, and well-stocked (stationery, pantry supplies, copier paper, etc.)
Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and supporting daily operations
Process uniform orders and delivery documentation accurately
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
Liaise with external vendors and service providers when necessary
Support the Human Resource & Administrative Department with routine tasks and ad hoc assignments
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients), both spoken and written
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Calm and composed under pressure; able to handle customer complaints with professionalism and care
Adaptable, with a willingness to take on new tasks and shift priorities as needed
