We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to lead our digital and content marketing efforts. If you have a knack for creativity, strategy, and a results-driven approach, this role is perfect for you!

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Mondays to Fridays
  • Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage content strategies for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram.
  • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos tailored to our audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.

Content Creation and Strategy:

  • Write, edit, and proofread compelling content for social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

Vendor Collaboration:

  • Liaise with relevant vendors, including designers, photographers, and video production teams, to produce high-quality content.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing materials to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Google Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost enrolment.
  • Analyze ad performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Community Engagement:

  • Actively interact with followers and respond to inquiries on all digital platforms to build and nurture an engaged community.
  • Manage online reputation by monitoring comments and reviews.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns to promote programs, crash courses, and special events.
  • Align campaigns with sales goals and overall marketing objectives.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and achieve measurable growth.

Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
  • Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and paid ad strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Telegram), Google Ads, and basic analytics tools.
  • Strong creative skills with an eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the education sector or familiarity with tuition centres is a plus.
