A well-established food distribution company supplying high-quality fresh produce, gourmet meats, specialty products to restaurants, hotels and other F&B establishments. We are seeking a young highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Assist Business Development Manager with customer orders and order processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery.
Assist with sales reports and data entry.
Assist with sales promotions and marketing activities.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of food industry is a plus.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
