Strategic Marketing

  • Define and lead the marketing strategy for the SingPost SG Business, supporting the organization’s thought leadership position, credibility and brand promise in eCommerce logistics.
  • Conversant of the competitive landscape, latest trends and best marketing practices and continuously optimise a robust marketing strategy to build on brand affinity for our products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including e-commerce businesses, industry partners, vendors, and influencers, to drive brand advocacy and business growth.
  • Where necessary, responsible to set up new structure (or to improve on current) to systematically track and report sales and marketing performances for areas under your purview.

Conversion

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiative to achieve business objectives and ensure product positioning, messaging and activation are in place.
  • Lead and mentor marketing team to crystallize GTM program and initiatives.
  • Track and analyse marketing metrics to measure campaigns ROI and use data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Implement effective campaign by managing deliverables timely and spending within the agreed marketing budget.
  • Drive and increase Wallet Share – prolong corporate/ retail customer lifetime value through cross sell and upsell marketing
  • Nurture existing and build new partnerships for marketing communications

Engagement

  • Design desired onboarding journey and experience for corporate customers and consumers at our retail channel
  • Engage customers to convert their interest to purchase, build customer advocacy, loyalty and stickiness.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including digital content, advertising campaigns, sales collateral, and promotional materials tailored to the needs of e-commerce businesses.

Team lead: People Development & Culture

  • Responsible for the team’s categories by ensuring coverage and balance workload and timelines for the scope of work within the team that he/she manages
  • Build a competent team via coaching, mentoring, and providing guidance, including being the escalation channel in the handling of difficult stakeholders and/or complex/exceptional procurement cases
  • Inculcate continuous training to upskill and drive a high performing team, and inculcate SingPost values as part of our DNA
  • Drive collaboration and cohesiveness within the smaller and wider teams

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business
  • At least 8 years’ of marketing experience from advertising and marketing. eCommerce logistics domain is preferred.
  • Possess a customer centric mindset to bring customer relevancy in all marketing strategies and execution
  • Track record in developing and executing B2B and B2C marketing strategies (on and offline) supporting sales organisations to drive usage, grow revenue and increase market share
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, results-focused and collaborative team player who can be comfortable in an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker.
  • Experience in CRM, Digital & Social Media Marketing.
