For more information, click here .What you will doThe Senior Manager, Market Alignment and Activation, will be responsible for collaborating closely with the BDT (Brand Development Team) to establish and align on strategic priorities for 6, 12, and 18-month cycles. This role ensures the seamless deployment of these plans across various markets and interacts with Regional Development Leaders (RDLs) to align any variations in marketing plans at the Metro Asia (MA) level. Additionally, the role consolidates Brand Activation Plans at the MA level and ensures their alignment with Channel plans.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Alignment:
  • Collaborate with the BDT to identify and align on business priorities for 6, 12, and 18-month cycles.
  • Develop and communicate strategic plans, ensuring they are understood and executable across markets.
Deployment Oversight:
  • Ensure that strategic plans aligned with the BDT are effectively deployed to the respective markets.
  • Monitor and track the implementation progress, addressing any challenges or deviations in a timely manner.
RDL Interaction and Alignment:
  • Regularly engage with RDLs to discuss and align any variations in market-specific marketing plans.
  • Ensure that any deviations are approved and aligned at the MA level to maintain consistency and coherence.
Brand Activation Planning:
  • Consolidate Brand Activation Plans at the MA level, ensuring they are comprehensive and strategically sound.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure these plans align with overall Channel plans, driving cohesive brand messaging and customer engagement.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of deployed plans.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the MA Commercial Head on progress, successes, and areas for improvement.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role within the commercial or marketing domain.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, market alignment, and execution.
