- Collaborate with the BDT to identify and align on business priorities for 6, 12, and 18-month cycles.

- Provide regular reports and updates to the MA Commercial Head on progress, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role within the commercial or marketing domain.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, market alignment, and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
