Roles & Responsibilities
We are operating a TCM clinic, offering attractive remuneration packages
-(Basic+ Commission).
Duty and Responsibilities:
Front Desk:
- Greet, welcome, and direct customers appropriately at front desk
- Answering of incoming calls, texts and attend to email enquiry.
- Attending to walk-in customer’s enquiries on promotions.
- Registering all customers entering to the clinic via the system.
- Booking and follow up with all appointment bookings.
- Coordinating physician consultation and therapist treatment process.
- Invoicing and processing of claim documents.
- Dispensary of medicine.
- Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
- Managing internal administrative duties.
- Inventory checking & Stock ordering.
Consultation & After-Treatment Sales:
- Provide professional consultation on TCM treatment services and packages.
- Follow up on consultation with customers after treatment experience.
- Drive sales to meet sales targets and sales performance KPI.
- Ambassador for our brand, products and services.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in Beauty / Aesthetic Clinic/ Massage or Therapy / SPA / Clinic Sales Operations/ Front Desk/ Customer Consultant & related field is required for this position
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
- Able to work with system WESS and Smart TCM would be an advantage
- Be part of a collaborative and inclusive team
- Fast-paced and collaborative working style
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Demonstrating high professional standards, personal commitment and passion for the brand
- Advance computer skills
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Result-driven and get motivated by bringing in sales to the company.
- Comfortable in handling mobile phone, email enquiries in English.
- A Fast learner (Training Will Be provided)
