We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Clinic Assistant to join our team at Trust Health Medical. As a key member of our patient-centered healthcare clinic, the Clinic Assistant will ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional care delivery. Proficiency in SGiMed, our clinic management software, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Registration and Management:
- Greet patients warmly and assist with registration.
- Update and maintain accurate patient records in SGiMed.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
- Front Desk Operations:
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
- Manage billing, payment processing, and insurance claims using SGiMed.
- Issue medical certificates, referral letters, and other documents as needed.
- Clinical Support:
- Assist doctors and nurses during patient consultations and minor procedures.
- Prepare consultation rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and coordinate orders as required.
- Software Utilization:
- Utilize SGiMed to maintain seamless workflow for appointment tracking, patient data management, and administrative tasks.
- Generate reports and summaries for clinic operations.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent service by addressing patients’ concerns and needs promptly.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure a positive clinic experience.
- Administrative Duties:
- Support the clinic’s administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with external parties for corporate healthcare programs and other initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; relevant certifications in healthcare assistance is a plus.
- Proficiency in SGiMed or similar clinic management software is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed
