2. Basic videography and photography skills, explore different content types and audience preferences, and use cameras, lighting, and editing tools like CapCut. Practice recording tattoo sessions, artist interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage. Create short videos and reels, ensure content aligns with the brand, and work with tattoo artists to develop engaging content ideas.

3. Implement strategies for TikTok and Instagram to grow and engage. This includes optimizing profiles for consistent branding, interacting with followers through comments, DMs, and polls, collaborating with tattoo influencers, and researching trending hashtags. Create content for TikTok challenges, manage daily social media tasks, and track analytics to measure growth and engagement.

4. Align marketing efforts with sales goals and learn the basics of event planning. Familiarize with tattoo studio packages, pricing, and upselling techniques, while handling customer inquiries on social media. Additionally, gain basic understanding of event coordination and promotion, and organize small in-studio events like sales or tattoo showcases.

5.Create a detailed long-term strategy and remain up-to-date on ongoing and upcoming tattoo conventions, exhibitions, and industry events. They will manage and coordinate the studio's involvement in these events to showcase talent and build valuable relationships.
