Job DescriptionBusiness FunctionThe team is responsible for planning, co-developing, and co-managing effective digital initiatives across the board to grow digital media revenue.   • Provide publisher/media industry insights and constantly look for new solutions to determine opportunities.
  • Perform gap analysis and provide guidance on digital campaign optimisation.
  • Co-develop a framework for digital optimization and create dashboards to monitor digital ad revenue, such as RPM (revenue per thousand impressions) and other key metrics across brands.
  • Co-develop digital initiatives/projects with other units in the Marketing & Media Solutions Division to scale up SPH Media’s digital media performance.
  • Work with the Ad Products Team to monitor and analyse monetizable pageviews, ad inventory, ad impressions, ad performance, etc. to provide insight and actionable suggestions.
  • Perform a Centre of Excellence role to provide digital marketing solutions​ and insights and disseminate that knowledge within the Division.
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the achievement of business goals and improve work process & operational efficiency.
  • Play an important part in all ad transformation activities, contributing to the business growth.
Job Requirements
  • Min. 4 years of relevant experience in media, digital marketing or agency space.
  • A transformative approach to leadership that inspires and empowers others.
  • Experience in working in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex large-scale concepts clearly and simply.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEM/SEO, programmatic, and campaign optimization.
  • Demonstrate the ability to review and analyse data for story-telling and present coherent strategies for media recommendations.
  • Able to put together presentation slides and have dynamic presentation skills with the ability to link back to the business objectives.
  • Able to think strategically to address business challenges and have problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, result focus with a can-do attitude.
