The Role
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and coordinate campaigns, liaising with clients and influencers for campaign-related activities
Own and develop strategies and KPIs to grow, and engage our influencers' community and social media accounts
Unleashing your creative juices in proposing suitable marketing campaigns
Conceptualising and pitching for exciting campaigns with the various departments
Creator Relationship Management
Source, evaluate, and build relationships with new creators
Engage, retain and develop strong relationships with existing creators
Analytics and Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics
Create data visualizations to present campaign results to clients and stakeholders
Monitor and report on creator performance, identifying areas for improvement
Conduct social media research and talent research to inform campaign strategies
Operations and Finance
Contribute to scale operations for Kobe through innovation, efficiency, and root cause analysis while optimising the operational workflow by identifying and eliminating problems
Effectively manage and optimize campaign cost and budget
Process creators' payments on time with accuracy
Crisis Management and Support
Handling crisis effectively, when required
Provide proactive support to the Kobe team and collaborate with team members
Additional Responsibilities
Any other responsibilities that the company may assign to you from time to time within the reasonable scope
Ideal Profile
You love social media and the digital marketing industry
A diploma/ degree in marketing or related fields
1-2 years experience in Influencer Marketing
Well-organised, detail-oriented, digitally and socially-savvy
Able to speak well in both English and Thai
