- Expected salary: $2,300 - $2,800 per month
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Prepare and process quotes and other sales related paperwork from Airfeight / Seafreight / Logistics / CBT).
- Preparing reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
- System trouble shooting (damage cargo, billing issues etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams such as outdoor sales, operation, finance and customer service.
- Work alongside with outdoor sales with generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in English (written, speaking, listening).
- Good knowledge in MS Office especially Excel.
- Able to perform independently or good team player.
- Will priority candidates with relevant experience and knowledge in customer service/freight forwarding industry.
- Self intiative, positive mindset.
- Able to work under pressure and able to work overtime if required.
