Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Prospect and promote jewelry products and services to walk-in customers and online platform users.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (e.g., FB Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Emails, inbound calls).

  • Attend to customers’ queries in-store and online.

  • Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Provide after-sales service by following up with customers, soliciting feedback, and offering promotional codes.

  • Handle complaints and feedback professionally and competently.

Inventory & Operations Management:

  • Conduct daily stock counts and manage accurate inventory levels.

  • Support merchandise transfer, stock take, and inventory counts.

  • Assist in scheduling jewelry repairs and ensuring smooth fulfillment processes.

Marketing & Content Creation:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and strategies to boost sales revenue, both in-store and digitally.

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including photography, videography, and video editing using tools like Capcut.

  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to optimize engagement strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze social media/digital analytics to recommend new strategies for improved performance.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotions.

  • Contribute creative input during brainstorming sessions and provide support in planning and executing marketing shoots.

  • Build interdepartmental relationships to enhance efficiency and achieve positive outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of customer service and/or digital marketing experience; retail or jewelry experience is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop), photography, videography, and video editing tools.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, Bahasa, or other languages to cater to a multilingual customer base.

  • Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Self-driven, dynamic, energetic, and positive, with a strong focus on achieving targets.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce processes and platforms is advantageous.

  • Creative and up-to-date with social media trends, especially in the gold and jewelry industry.

  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays.

  • Availability to start on short notice will be an added advantage.
