We are a Business Enabling Team who assists trainers to train representatives, letting the representatives have a good learning experience.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Administration of Course Fees, Penalty fees and submission of IBF Funding
  • Creation of courses, assessments and eLearning modules in our Learning Management System
  • Creation of SCORM Training Materials
  • Administration of Learning Management System on attendance taking and appeals handling
  • Provision of customer Service
  • Performing UAT on system enhancement if required
  • Administration on Training points (Rewards System) reimbursement
  • Administration of our dept Generic Mailbox
  • Handling of Training room booking request

Required Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or some experience in Training Administration would be preferred
  • knowledge of SCORM creation, video editing and performance of UAT experience
  • Good to have some working experience in insurance industry
