Support the daily operations and administrative tasks in the school/centre.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer academic services including updating class lists, generating reports, arranging meetings.

• Provide support to teachers with resources such as ordering of readers, Zoom links, and monthly roster.

• Maintain and manage student records both digitally and physically. Equipped with knowledge and skills in using ECDA CMS and One ECDA system to enrol students and manage staff’s documentation to be submitted to governing body.

• Handle communications with all stakeholders, managing inquiries that includes site-tour around the school environment and sending emails when required.

• Communicate and liaise with ECDA’s subsidy officers and/or licensing officer.

• Coordinate with external vendors for essential supplies and enrichment programme.

• Manage front desk operations, including daily attendance, student and teacher follow-ups, and handling leave matters.

• Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.

• Ensure stationery and centre inventory/equipment are stocked when necessary.

• Manage mail and parcel distribution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A recognised Diploma in a relevant field.

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a school environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proactive and able to thrives in a collaborative educational setting.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
