Position: Ice Cream Shop Team Leader
Location: Sundae Splash Bukit Canberra
Availability: Flexible hours, part-time/full-time positions available
What You’ll Do:
Lead the Team: Supervise and motivate a fun, energetic crew to ensure excellent service and smooth operations
Train & Develop: Help onboard new team members, providing training on both customer service and product knowledge
Maintain Standards: Ensure cleanliness, product quality, and safety standards are met throughout the day
Inventory & Ordering: Assist with managing stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
Handle Cash & Sales: Oversee cash register operations, including opening and closing shifts, and ensure accuracy in transactions
Foster a Positive Culture: Create a fun, team-oriented environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to do their best
What We’re Looking For:
Leadership Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail, food service, or hospitality
Customer-Focused: You know how to make customers feel welcome and appreciated
Organized & Responsible: Strong multitasking abilities with an eye for detail and a calm demeanor in a busy environment
Ice Cream Enthusiast: A love for ice cream (and the creativity to come up with fun new creations) is a must
Problem-Solver: Able to handle challenges with patience and professionalism
Flexible & Reliable: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
