What You Will Do

This role will lead and manager the global relationship, strategic joint business planning and execution with AS Watson across the APAC and EMEA markets and Delivering DARE TO CARE scorecard with Customer

Key Responsibilities

  • Engages Customer Senior Leadership to build global joint business plans (JBP)
  • Identifies and partners with Customer to build new business opportunities and demand generation programs, linked with common aligned strategies
  • Leads Negotiation of global customer agreement (AS Watson)
  • Partners with local markets to execute and track counterpart activation of the global agreements across leading global customers within Asia Pacific
  • Partners with local markets to develop Customer joint business plans (JBP), aligned with Kenvue and Customer strategies
  • Partners with the local markets to execute Kenvue business plans, SOBG strategy, and deliver clear glidepath of profitability
  • Engages Regional and Global cross-function leadership on Customer business trends and business implications, emerging market trends, and business planning

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required & 10-15 years total business experience required across multiple FMCG environments
  • Strong prior experience in direct customer sales, negotiation, business analytics, and/or customer marketing required
  • Prior global customer management experience or proven record in project management skills at global/regional level required
  • Demonstrated ability to make strategic global decisions with an understanding of regional and local market implications and influences.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills based on data-driven insights and facts. Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor skills and presentation style to a variety of key decision makers.
  • Ability to manage funds and resources identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands to deliver the greatest outcome for the company.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix, changing environment.
  • Ability to actively influence across the organization up and down at least 1 to 2 levels
  • Strategic thinking with a bias for action
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Understanding of market trends and ability to translate insights to solutions
