  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Shipping Executive

Basic salary: $3000-$3200

Working hours: 8:15am-5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

- Transport provided at Lakeside & BoonLay MRT station

- medical insurance upon confirmation

- AWS and profit sharing upon eligibility

Job Responsibilities:

- Negotiate freight charges for all shipments.

- Establish and maintain the shipping schedule.

- Collaborate closely with the supply chain team and forwarders to ensure timely execution of shipments.

- Prepare shipping documents in accordance with L/C requirements and present them to the bank for negotiation.

- Keep customers informed about shipment status and address any inquiries regarding shipment movement and arrangements.

- Verify the accuracy of invoices from freight forwarders and ensure proper payment arrangements.

- Advise and provide freight cost information to the sales department.

- Organize and maintain shipping correspondence and file records.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum "O Level," Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or relevant work experience.

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience, with experience in handling Dangerous Goods (DG) being an advantage.

- Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • handling DG: 1 year (Preferred)
  • shipping: 1 year (Preferred)
