Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join us and work on exciting projects for our client - a leading video streaming service and their newest product. This enables more people to connect to this through their homes for a more collective experience. This role will see you work with global, regional, and local marketing managers and be responsible for driving campaign strategy and execution and laying the foundation for growth marketing and go to market activities in the region.

Role:

  • Support growth marketing, GTM planning and programme management for the client and its service in the region.
  • Project manage and execute growth marketing campaigns (e.g. brief development, media plan, experiment design, reporting results & learnings).
  • Lead localisation of campaigns across the region. Work with agencies to develop creative assets and localise them across multiple markets. Project manage localisation reviews of global and regional growth campaigns.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders to bring campaigns to life. Provide regular status updates to cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Support with team operations (the rhythm of business, capacity planning etc.)
  • Collaborate with global, country and cross-functional teams and external agencies (e.g., creative development, production, and deployment agencies).
  • Collaborate closely with the GTM team to translate campaign objectives into impactful creative briefs and ensure alignment between media strategy and creative execution.
  • Lead the development and execution of A/B testing strategies to optimise campaign performance and creative effectiveness.

You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of marketing experience, including multi-stakeholder management across markets
  • Industry experience working in the consumer-facing industry, consultancies, or an internet-based product or service
  • Experience in growth marketing as well as project and campaign management
  • Strategic mindset and continuous curiosity, with a unique combination of data-driven decision-making and pragmatic bias for action.
  • Demonstrated talent at building strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams and being adept at influencing strategy and investments with insights and data.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
