Since 2017, we've changed the way people shop for mattresses, and we're now changing the way people think about sleep. From our mattresses to pillows to our revolutionary bed bases, we focus on delivering high quality sleep products aimed at transforming everyone's nights for the better.
We’re looking for an individual who understands what it takes to drive consumers to make that first click. Our new digital marketing specialist must possess hands on experience in paid ads and ad optimization across all digital platforms, and an expert in the world of Google Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive digital performance marketing plans aligned with business objectives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions
- Manage allocated ad buying budget and budget strategy
- Execute, Track, analyze, and optimize ad buys across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google’s full ad buying suite
- Work with external team to develop and ad buy on alternative social media (xiaohongshu/douyin)
- Collaborate with in-house and external marketing and creative teams to produce and optimise marketing assets and visuals for ads
- Collaborate with web developers to optimize website design and user experience
- Maintain and implement new, relevant marketing tracking and conversion tools on website backend
- Continuously monitor and analyze website performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Update website front-end and back-end content regularly to ensure relevance and accuracy (product content and selections, FAQ etc)
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance relevance and accuracy
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website
- Develop marketplace platform on Shopee/Lazada/Amazon to ensure product, prices and messaging are updated and consistent
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic growth
- Measure performance of overall digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web and SEO analytic tools (Google analytics, WebTrends etc)
What we’re looking for:
- A relevant degree in business / IT
- Minimum 3 years experience in brand digital marketing or prior experience in digital marketing agency
- Possesses a good track record in enhancing organic search results by successfully implementing SEO and SEM tactics.
- Exhibits proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs etc) and has a deep understanding of SEO mechanics
- Has a track record of ad buying performance and ad optimization across all social media platforms
- A strong understanding of Shopify and its relevant tools
- Strong ability to communicate and visualize ideas and strategies
- Disciplined individual who is self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Good to have:
- Knowledge in programming (HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, RUBY etc) is a bonus
- Keen interest in marketing home and living/furniture products or DTC brands
- Good copywriting skills

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
