  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Scope and Expectations

- General housekeeping

  • Maintain cleanliness of the store.
  • Regular dusting of shelves and surfaces, wiping of glass and mirrors, vacuuming/ sweeping the store
  • To wipe down jewellery pieces of fingerprints - especially after ones worn by customers - Store operations
  • Cashiering duties (Familiarise with our POS system and how it relates to Shopify)
  • Arranging of visual merchandises on selling floor
  • To replenish items on display should items be sold
  • Tagging of products or putting up necessary labels
  • Assist in SOAMI related work that could include administrative, or creative matters

- Responsible for inventory management

  • To inform the management of low-stock or OOS items
  • Systematic stock arrangement

- Customer Interactions

  • Suggest nearest alternative item to customers
  • Provide a pleasant experience for guests and ensure that not one guest that enters our store goes ungreeted or unacknowledged.

- Establishing our Brand Culture

  • To take the time to understand what SOAMI stands for and practice brand love Learn to be comfortable and quick with problem-solving, Lnding ways around problems
  • To not hesitate to ask questions or clarify uncertainties - whether related to product, brand, or policies, and not to assume under unclear situations
  • Be proactive in informing management of any constructive feedback that could help the work environment or boost business
