The Admin & Accounts Assistant takes care of accounts receivables (invoicing), accounts payable (billing), data compilation, and other administrative matters. To participate in ad-hoc finance-related.

Responsibilities

  • Generate invoices.
  • Record Supplier and Sales invoices in the accounting system and database excel file.
  • Handle receipts and consolidate bills for payments preparations.
  • Handle employee monthly miscellaneous claims.
  • Prepare Debtors and Creditors Ageing and reconciliation.
  • Assist in answering queries raised by Management and Clients.
  • Filing and other ad hoc duties.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Support operations on filing and other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • N ’level with 5 passes or equivalent is an advantage.
  • A minimum 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Certificate in Accountancy with more years of relevant experience will be considered.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Good interpersonal skill, committed, independent and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, neat and organized working style.
  • Team player.

Other Information

  • Job Location: International Business Park (near Jurong East MRT Station)
  • 5-day work week
  • 9 am to 1pm & 1pm to 6pm (rotate weekly)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $9.00 per hour
