DESIGNATION : Preschool Senior Centre Leader/Cluster Principal

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the capacity of a Senior Centre Leader/Cluster Principal, you actively engage in mentoring your team of Principals, offering guidance in the formulation of strategic plans and structures. Your goal is to ensure that the centres they oversee consistently deliver high-quality programs and lessons for the benefit of the children. Additionally, you take a lead role in fostering professionalism and organisational excellence by mentoring Centre Leaders/Principals on various aspects, including centre operations management, process improvements, and governance across multiple centres. Your strong leadership skills enable you to establish and leverage effective relationships with key stakeholders while maintaining collaborative partnerships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive alignment to the organisational vision, mission and values across the Cluster
  • Drive the coherence and alignment of initiatives, systems and processes across the Cluster
  • Develop preventive and pre-emptive strategies for challenges faced by Centre Leaders/Principals in the Cluster
  • Oversee the budget and finances of the Centre in alignment with the organisation's strategic direction
  • Establish a culture of collaboration across the Cluster
  • Establish a culture of mentoring and lifelong learning across the Cluster
  • Drive organisational talent capability initiatives to develop high-potential employees across the Cluster
  • Review manpower plans across the cluster
  • Establish a culture of professional collaboration with families and community stakeholders across the Cluster


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or its equivalent
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education will be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching and management experience in a preschool
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
