Job Description
Job Summary:
This role needs to perform closing full sets of account, prepare management report and supporting finance manager in audit and tax issue. Handle government/client invoice submission, payment collection etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare full set of accounts and management report.
- Prepare client Invoice and submit via government/client portal .
- Process with supplier invoice and settle payment on timely basis.
- Liaise external parties & Support with audit and tax filing issue.
- Prepare Intercompany transaction, balance reconciliation and settle outstanding balance periodically.
- Monthly Account Bank Reconciliation, ensure the bank statements align with the financial records.
- Review account receivable/account payable aging and take necessary action accordingly.
- Work with internal & external stakeholders to make sure operation runs smoothly.
- Review, implement, and improve financial workflows, processes, and policies to strengthen internal control and compliance and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Ad hoc tasks to support financial management function.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent certificates on financial accounting.
- Proven experience managing a full set of accounts, with strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Able to liaise with external parties on audit and tax filing issue independently.
- Good team spirit and communication skills to support internal functions.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software and ERP/Accounting system.
