Job Title: Car Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new and used cars to prospective customers. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong passion for automobiles. The Car Sales person must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell cars.
Understand and effectively communicate the features, specifications, and benefits of different car models.
Demonstrate vehicles to customers and accompany them on test drives.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability.
Stay up-to-date with current market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Assist customers with financing options and paperwork.
Always willing to "walk the extra mile" to improve the customers overall experience.
Requirements:
Self-driven, confident and result oriented.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
A passion for cars and knowledge of different car models.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Working experience in an automotive industry will be an added advantage.
