Senior Executive, CRM
Manage and coordinate the scheduling of the digital communications calendar
Plan, execute, and track email, SMS, and push notification for marketing campaigns
Analyze and track the performance of digital communications, deliver insightful reports to improve future marketing campaigns
In-charge of marketing content across various platforms, ensuring accuracy across all marketing channels
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications
Coordinate marketing initiatives with creative agencies and and campaign in-charge to ensure campaigns meet quality standard
Work with cross-functional teams on initiatives that aligns with business objectives and strategie
Assist with the testing of marketing campaigns and design testing for mobile app to ensure proper setup and functionality
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and tools, making recommendations for adoption and implementation
Collaborate with product and customer support teams to address customer pain points and improve satisfaction
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms, loyalty programs and knowing how to set up campaigns / marketing experiments
Possesses some knowledge/experience in copywriting and campaign management
Strong ability to analyze customer data, track campaign performance, and derive actionable insights
Seek for creativity, think out of the box marketing ideas from various industries
Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills with experience in a deadline-driven environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience in using design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be a plus
