Responsibilities:

Source and hire quality candidates using various recruitment channels to meet manpower needs.
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR Shared Services.
Provide HR administrative support, including:
Coordinating with vendors for uniform allocation for new hires.
Processing monthly allowances for pre-service sponsorship students and interns.
Arranging pre-employment medical exams for interns.
Submitting funding claims to MOH in a timely manner.
Updating training and vaccination records for audits and compliance.
Coordinating logistics for meetings and employee engagement sessions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Human Resources.
1–2 years of relevant HR experience; experience in large organizations or healthcare is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle assigned tasks effectively.
