Plan, organize, and execute both in-person and virtual events from conception to completion, including conferences, product launches, workshops, webinars, and social gatherings.
Identify suitable venues, negotiate contracts, coordinate logistics, and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
Develop event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure events stay within budget without compromising on quality.

Maintain relationships with event participants, speakers, partners, and sponsors for future collaboration opportunities.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in event management, marketing, communication or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the renovation industry with a focus on event planning.
Proficient in managing social media platforms and content.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable with technology and various digital tools.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work on weekends, especially during event days.
