We are looking for a talented Business Development Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities


Dive deep into industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify untapped opportunities and refine our value proposition.
Utilize your prospecting skills and a variety of tools (LinkedIn, CRM, industry events) to generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and expand our market reach.
Develop and deliver compelling pitches, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales targets while nurturing long-term client relationships.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, provide market feedback, and contribute to product development.
Track your sales performance, generate reports, and analyze data to forecast future sales and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements

Demonstrated experience in business development or sales with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong understanding of the sales process, lead generation techniques, and negotiation strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft tools will be advantage.
