
Business Development Executive
Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our human resources (HR) company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our HR services. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to expand our client base and contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Sales:
• Identify and target potential clients who require HR services, such as recruitment, payroll, training, or HR consulting.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
• Understand clients’ HR needs and provide customized solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any client concerns.
• Market Research & Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
• Develop business strategies to position the company effectively in the HR services market.
• Work with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract potential clients.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, payroll, training, etc.) to align business development efforts with service delivery.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to senior management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in HR or related industries).
• Strong understanding of HR services, including recruitment, staffing, payroll, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an HR consultancy, recruitment agency, or B2B sales.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Existing network of business contacts in the HR sector.
