  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Property Officer to join our Property Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining property premises, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to optimize property operations.



Job Description:


Supervise and ensure contractors complete repair and maintenance work as per contract terms.
Schedule and monitor breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
Conduct regular inspections of common areas to ensure they meet required standards and are well-maintained.
Check the completion of contractor jobs and approve payment.
Coordinate maintenance work with professional consultants and obtain necessary licenses and certificates.
Investigate and report any breakdowns to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
