Administrative Assistant, Fragrance in Singapore - Your future position?
Location: Pioneer, Singapore
Reporting to: Business Development Director, FF SEAO

As an Administrative Assistant, Fragrance with Givaudan, you will support the day-to-day tasks within Givaudan Fine Fragrance Business Development Team. In this exciting role, you will report directly to the FF Business Development Director and also will:

  • Procure and prepare market products, props and mood boards for workshops/events
  • Prepare fragrance collections/programs (incl. fragrance sample labelling and printing of booklets)
  • Manage market products requests and market product library
  • Local/overseas market products/fragrance samples dispatch arrangement
  • Keep track of selling portfolio, price list, win list and fragrance profile index for main client(s).
  • Maintain project list and status updates for main client(s).
  • Support Evaluators in coordinating for evaluation of samples.
  • Provide back-office support to the Business Development team
  • Coordinate and help set up sales/marketing workshops/events, especially in Singapore
  • Schedule meetings, events and client's visits to ensure all logistics are well-planned
  • Sales project tracker analysis and reporting

Your professional profile includes:
  • Min. Diploma with at least 3 years of working experience in Sales/Business Development Support, Office Administration, Event Management or any hospitality or service industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
