Job Responsibilities:
To assist Project Manager and Project Engineers in daily operation of the project.
To prepare project reports, presentation material and proposal, and analysis of result.
To manage the project filing, assets, stationary, etc. in order to make the overall project work flow smoothly.
To co-ordinate activities function between head office and site office.
To help to coordinate project costing in tabulating and tracking project related expenditure.
To control project documentation, expenditure and overall administration work.
To manage and keep track of submittals for catalogues, drawings, datasheet etc submitted to main con / client
Job Requirement:
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to work independently and in team settings
MS Office proficient
