Working Location: Changi Airport
Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon-Fri) - 2 days on WFH and 3 days WFO *subject to change
Salary range: $2200 - $2400
Responsibilities:
Apply investigational skills on checking members’ transactions to identify irregular spending behaviors that may constitute fraud or system bugs.
Follow up with concession officers, tenants, and Changi Rewards frontlines to investigate on identified cases.
Process remediation and restitution on confirmed fraudulent cases; and
Communicate findings and propose business process or systems improvement to management to better detect and mitigate potential fraudulent cases.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE A Levels/Diploma with any related education candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Certain experience on related capacity (i.e., data analysis) will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and/ or usage of Customer Management Systems will be an added advantage.
