Your role will include
1. Managing client’s personal information and financial portfolio using CRM software,
2. Preparing client’s financial summary, investment analysis report, preparation of proposal and completion of sales paperwork,
3. Monitoring team sales activity, generating sales production report, BSC compliance checking, scheduling of training and meetings,
4. Organizing and managing client events,
5. Assisting in recruitment activities, reviewing candidates, interview setting up and onboarding process
6. Liaising with vendors and organizing delivery of collaterals and gifts for clients and consultants,
7. Documenting business account and expenses,
8. EDM, social media contents, video and marketing for social media,
9. Ad hoc administration duties
Preferably:
1. min, 3 years working experience and possess Diploma
2. meticulous, detail-oriented, efficient and fast
3. willing to learn, be trained to grow and have a heart of service
4. proficient in MS Excel, Word and Ppt
5. knowledge in Canva is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
