Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze in-market consumer trends, travel behaviors, industry news, and flight connectivity to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and implement integrated (online/offline) sales and marketing plans, including targeted messaging and channel selection, to drive awareness, conversions, and achieve revenue and attendance targets.
  • Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships (e.g., travel agents, online travel agencies, content/media partners, government bodies) to expand distribution, optimize user experience, and increase sales.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to launch promotional campaigns, ensure pricing accuracy, and maintain strong brand positioning.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, refining strategies based on insights to improve targeting, creative development, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute initiatives such as media familiarization trips, production shoots, influencer visits, and PR activities to amplify brand presence.
  • Oversee administrative tasks and ensure timely execution of all deliverables.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, tourism, attractions, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to leverage evolving consumer and digital trends to inform strategies and optimize performance.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in managing campaigns, budgets, and partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • IT and social media savvy, numerate, adaptable, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%).
