  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Communications Executive to join our dynamic communications and sales team.

In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, supporting sales initiatives and ensuring excellent communication around the benefits of our products and services.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service, sales and relationship-building to develop professionally in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with understanding the full range of benefits and services available.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, processing orders and managing customer accounts.
  • Ensure follow-up on leads and potential sales inquiries, fostering customer interest.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers through effective communication and a focus on their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Local Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or in any related field is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with teams and independently.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
