Part-Time Admin and Tutor

EduCare4u Pte Ltd. is an educational institution founded in 2002 and specialises in providing customised summer camp programmes and tuition lessons for international students.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Student job, Freelance

Responsibilities:

• Provide Admin and Marketing support (including collaterals and social media management)
• Provide tutoring services for students (local or international, Primary to Secondary level)
• Provide progress reports and study plans
• Prepare documents and timetables
• Handle customer enquiries
• Ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ level / Diploma & above (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to use and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and content creation platforms (Canva, CapCut)
• Prior experience in admin work, teaching/tutoring and knowledge in AEIS is a plus

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Desktop administration: 1 year (Preferred)
• Content Creation, Social Media Marketing Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Work Location: In person
• Teaching experience is a plus

Schedule:

• Day shift, between 3 to 5 days a week, 4 to 6 hours a day. Mostly afternoon.
• Weekend availability
• In-person

Commitment: 6 months (minimum)
