About the Role:

Assist Building Manager for all administration and documentation work

Preparation of circulars, letters, reports, and other documents assigned expeditiously.

Keep records of all necessary information, documents, etc.

Maintain inventory of equipment maintenance record and all necessary information, document housekeeping and perform general administrative duties.

To ensure proper document filings with labelling and reference control

Other administrative support and ad-hoc duties as assigned by Building Manager

About You:

Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any discipline

Able to use Microsoft Office tools such as Powerpoint, Excel and Word

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Prior administrative experiences will be an added advantage.
