Key Responsibilities:
- Train partners on effective methods for selling and implementing DeltaFrontier’s product.
- Collaborate with partners to offer tailored implementation package for end customers.
- Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline and closure rate.
- Qualify end customers by analyzing their business needs and recommend local qualified partners accordingly.
- Negotiate or facilitating negotiations with/between partners and customers.
- Retain and develop long term trusting relationships with partners.
- Ensure partners understand and align with DeltaFrontier business plans to maximize synergy.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on market insights and partner feedback, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our solutions.
- Represent DeltaFrontier at industry events, conferences, and seminars, promoting our vision of integrating smart workspace solutions with digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-5 years of relevant industry experience in channel sales, with a strong emphasis on smart workspace solutions, physical security systems, and IT digital transformation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a solid ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the channel sales framework.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new technologies.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners, attend events, and drive business development efforts.
- Good command of English and Mandarin
