Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Operate the POS and handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and resolving issues
- Multitask effectively to keep lines moving smoothly during busy periods
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your work station at all times
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Learn how to craft delicious and eye-catching beverages (coffee and tea) with precision and care
- Learn how to handle large coffee waves efficiently by optimally sequencing your tasks
- Minimize wastages, implement effective cost controls, taking inventory & ordering of coffee supplies – beans, milk, cups

Requirements:
- Prior barista experience preferred but not required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Availability to work early, as shift timings could be as early as from 8:00am-5:30pm.
