Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly manner as they enter.
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g preferences of coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios)
• Preparing beverages following recipes
• Communicate in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide excellent service experience
• Receive and process cashless payments.
• Well-versed in different types of coffee based on customers' preference
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and techniques.
• Generate revenues by attracting new customers, defining new and expanded services and products
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company SOP
• Process customers’ orders and generate their bills through cashless payment via POS systems
• Address and resolve customer issues politely and effectively; enlist manager or shift supervisor when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas
• Maintain cleanliness in customers' area and washroom
• Keeping the work bar area clean, sanitary, and organized
• Ensure stock supplies are sufficient and inform management when inventories are low
• Serve food and drinks to customer
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Requirements:

• Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Team player
• Positive, Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Polite
• Engaging personality
• Commitment to customer satisfaction, service excellence
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Able to perform Flexi shifts, and able to work on weekends and public holidays
• 6 days work week
