Responsibilities:
Develop new client relationships within the SME sector.
Service and manage existing clients in your portfolio.
Acquire prospective clients through cold calling, canvassing, and referrals.
Provide tailored financial solutions based on an understanding of clients’ needs.
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and business partners on pending funding applications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures in all advisory and documentation practices.
On-the-job training and support provided.
Requirements:
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Ideal candidates are motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented, but we are committed to developing individuals new to the industry.
Required language: English (Additional languages are a plus when engaging with SME Directors/Shareholders).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills or a desire to develop these qualities.
Singaporeans and Permanent Residents preferred.
