Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable professional in beauty and wellness as a trainer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industry practices and a passion for teaching and mentoring, inspiring the next generation of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver dynamic training programs covering a wide range of beauty and wellness topics, including skincare, hair care, makeup artistry, spa therapies, and overall wellness.
  • Lead hands-on demonstrations and practical training sessions to ensure trainees develop proficiency in various beauty techniques and treatments.
  • Assess the learning needs of students or trainees, customising training programs to address individual and group goals.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty and wellness trends, products, and technologies, incorporating them into the training curriculum.
  • Monitor and evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and ongoing support to maintain high standards of skill and competence.
  • Maintain accurate training records and provide regular reports on trainee progress.
  • Assist in the creation and enhancement of training materials, such as manuals, guides, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with fellow trainers and management to continuously improve and innovate the training curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and professional learning environment that encourages growth, creativity, and excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to company and industry health and safety regulations, promoting best practices among trainees.

Requirements:

  • Certification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, wellness, or a related field.
  • Preferably to have 3 years of experience as a trainer.
  • In-depth knowledge of beauty and wellness products, techniques, and industry standards.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with training tools and software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.
