We are looking for a Client Communications Executive to join our dynamic and collaborative team.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring effective and timely communication while supporting the sales team in building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure that all communication is efficient through excellent communication.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align communication strategies with sales goals.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner to maintain positive relationships and retention rates.
- Assist in creating marketing or communication materials for clients such as email campaigns, etc.
- Work closely with marketing and client service teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications:
- Any Local Diploma or Degree or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage clients effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
