  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Your Role :

As an Events Executive, you’ll

  • Collaborate with Events Manager to bring creative visions to life, managing planning, budgeting, logistics coordination and onsite execution.
  • Work closely with our creative and production teams, as well as third-party suppliers, to ensure seamless delivery of every project
  • Lead onsite operations including venue management, registrations, coordination with speakers and crew
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with strategic clients and partner

We are looking for someone who:

  • Thrives under pressure. You are super-organised, deadline driven, and adaptable to the ever-changing demands of a fast-paced industry.
  • Patient and personable, excelling in interpersonal skills when dealing with clients, teammates or external parties
  • A perpetual learner, embrace challenges and adapt to diverse projects.
  • Prior experience in event management, conference planning or related fields - especially in an agency setting
  • A Degree/ Diploma in Marketing Communications, Business or a relevant discipline
