Job Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients/customers through research and proactive outreach.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare and submit quotations and tenders tailored to customer requirements and project specifications.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to provide excellent service.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders and promptly resolve any customer issues.
Support the sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records to ensure data integrity.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
