Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and visionary Art Director to join Olivia Group. As the creative leader, you will drive the visual direction for our brands, ensuring cohesive and on-trend designs across all touchpoints. You’ll collaborate with our marketing and culinary teams to craft compelling narratives that reflect our mission and uplift our visual identity.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all creative projects, ensuring alignment with Olivia Group’s brand portfolios.
Leads the artistic development (concept and execution) of marketing campaigns and promotional pieces, including print, online, social media, and collateral materials
An eye for design, photography, illustration and motion graphics.
Provide art direction for photoshoots, videos, and other content production, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Develop creative concepts for product packaging, promotional merchandise, and other branding materials.
Stay informed about industry trends to introduce fresh ideas and cutting-edge techniques.
Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of assets.
Knowledge of print, broadcast and digital communications is a must for an art director position. This person should know the ins and outs of the latest marketing and creative trends, identifying where the company can implement new initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
5+ years of experience in art direction, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and visual storytelling.
Strong artistic and creative vision with an ability to guide various creative processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
