- Ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy under tight deadlines.
- A portfolio of distinctive and exceptional print and digital work, including large campaigns.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to construct presentations, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Conceptual thinker that brings communication strategies to life in unique and meaningful way.
- 6-10 years of visual design and art director experience, ideally in a creative/content/social agency environment.
- Desire to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment.
- Talent to inspire clients and team members with great visual design.
- Prefer candidate with experience in mainstream advertising industry.
