Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects as the account manager. Lead a team of 80 + staff to manage the site operation and P&L.
- Responsible for the sourcing of potential new business opportunities in Facility Management.
- Maintain and expand the client base, attend site show rounds, size up market opportunities in the industry, formulate marketing strategy of the services to be rendered and to establish good rapport with the prospective client
- Conduct costing analysis to recommend proposed pricing, prepare proposals, work with the Business Development team on the proposal to be presented to the client and do presentation to prospective client on the services to be offered
- Oversee and ensure the smooth running of accounts
- Leads implementation of industry best practices, processes and procedures
- Responsible for managing the relationship with the client representative
- Meeting the performance KPI in the contract
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities Management or equivalent with strong M&E background.
- Possesses minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing a multi-disciplinary team in the managing and maintenance of commercial buildings, institution buildings and government buildings
- Experience in managing Government Facility Management portfolio
- Possesses the relevant network within the industry will be advantageous with strong leadership and client management skills
