Key Responsibilities:
Support Marketing Operations: Assist with daily marketing tasks to ensure smooth operations and departmental efficiency, including ad hoc duties.
Social Media Engagement: Help manage inquiries and content across social media platforms, including Facebook, to attract and grow our online community.
Enhance Customer Relations: Maintain and update our CRM database with accurate customer information, enabling effective communication.
Live Stream Coordination: Assist with live streaming activities, including order fulfillment, stock transfers, and more.
Resolve Customer Queries: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction through effective solutions.
Prepare Product Listings: Update product listings for marketing campaigns, showcasing our offerings to attract potential customers.
Event Support: Provide administrative support for local events and roadshows, contributing to their successful execution.
